Drug-Drug Interaction (DDI) modeling

Drug-Drug Interaction (DDI) modeling

DDI modeling can predict mechanistic and static drug-drug interactions among active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and their metabolites for any species.

In silico modeling enables the study of possible effects on the pharmacology, toxicology and metabolism of APIs. It can also estimate how a drug behaves in animals vs. humans and allows investigation of the safety profile of APIs that are co-administered.
